I have installed the new version 1.3.0

And now the Silverlight Foto Viewer is not working anymore.

Only a black page is displayed on the website.

What are the solutions?

I also had the same issue. what i have done is added two mime types to the server from the hosting panel.

File Extension      MIME Type

.xap                  application/octet-stream

.xaml                 application/xaml+xml

Thanks, thats works fine for me. Together with the new version of Vertigo.Slideshow.xap, see other thread.

Thanks! I've got it working now!

I have been searching everywhere. downloading, setting mime types and so on.....Nothig seems to work!

Still have a black box instead of the silverlight gallery. And there is no vertigo.slideshow.xap file in either of the release (silverlight 2) files.

I see others have it working and I am wondering what I am doing wrong.

By the way: should this not be working out of the box so to speak?

I had the same problem and found ina n earlier post:

I had the same problem and discovered that a slash is missing at the end of the baseURL. So, my quick and dirty workaround is to add a slash to the baseUrl within GalleryData.ashx:

string baseUrl = string.Concat(WebSite.GetInstance().GetFullWebsiteUrl(context),"/");

I added this line and it works now.
