Local / Remote Admin Problem

I a have website that works great except for administration via my domain name URL.

Administration works if I connect via or http://localhost:7070/

But if I use my domain name url  http://mydomain

I can do everything on the site except administration. If I login as an administrator login refreshes my page with no admin functionality. If I put in the wrong user name or password I do get an error.

I own the IIS 7.0 server. This problem acts the same if I am on the server or a remote machine.

Additionally, I have a common problem where my side menus will cause the vertical scrollbar to appear – using business black (centered content) this is annoying.  Locally I have changed my PageLayout.css and moved it to my server. If I login from a local host url the scrollbar problem is gone but if I login through my domain the css change isn’t showing – same problem.

I have refreshed, stopped, started the site and rebooted the win 2008 server the site IIS server is on and no change.

Any ideas?

** Determine that all of the above issues are being caused by using a sticky domain name from the web site forwarding service being used.

Now I need to determine how to handle sticky domanin names from website forwarding in the MWPSK code.
