Change title of a section in sidebar

Is there a way to set the heading/title for a section that you have sent to the sidebar instead of it showing the section name? For example I have a download section on the side bar, but instead of downloads I would like the heading/title to read Forms. Thanks in advance.

You could probably just add a render override to the default.aspx.cs file.

    protected override void Render(HtmlTextWriter writer)  {
        // extract all html and override  <h2>News List</h2>
        System.IO.StringWriter str = new System.IO.StringWriter();
        HtmlTextWriter wrt = new HtmlTextWriter(str);
        // render html
        base.Render(wrt);
        wrt.Close();
        string html = str.ToString();
        html = html.Replace("<h2>Downloads</h2>", "<h2>Forms</h2>");
    // write the new html to the page
        writer.Write(html);
    }
