V1.2.1 ImageHandler problems with .doc/.htm files?

Hi,

When linking a htm/.doc document in an HTML section I have been unable to use the imagehandler to display the files. I can browse to the server, and add the file and it shows up in appdata just fine. However when I then go back to view mode (or as an another user on the site) and click on the new link to the documents, I get a blank window when I run it locally or the error below when I run it live.
Imagehandler appears to have no problems with images.

Error: (Running on web server)

If you just want to view the contents of the .doc file in the HTML control you can do this:

In the HtmlContent.ascx file find the:

 <FCKeditorV2:FCKeditor id="FCKeditor1" ToolbarSet="customized" Height="500" BasePath="~/FCKeditor/" runat="server"></FCKeditorV2:FCKeditor>

line and change the ToolbarSet="customized"  to  ToolbarSet="Default"  this will show all the avalable buttons in the FCKeditor. You  then can choose the copy from Word button to paste the contents into the HTML control.

Thanks THEFAV,

At the end that is what I did - just displayed the content of that file in the htm section.

Thanks for your solution - Will be nice to have all the buttons display in the FCKeditor.

Hey Karele,

I was missing 2 files one called fckstyles.xml and called fcktemplates.xml in the FCKeditor folder, these files are used to insert the predesigned templates. you will need to replace these files go to the FCKeditor page and download version 2.6.3 and copy these files from the download into the FCKeditor folder or
remove the ,'Templates' from the fckconfig.js file. the code below is were you will need to remove the Templates from.

FCKConfig.ToolbarSets[

"Default"] = [

[

'Source','DocProps','-','Save','NewPage','Preview','-','Templates'],

[

'Cut','Copy','Paste','PasteText','PasteWord','-','Print','SpellCheck'],

[

'Undo','Redo','-','Find','Replace','-','SelectAll','RemoveFormat'],

[

'Form','Checkbox','Radio','TextField','Textarea','Select','Button','ImageButton','HiddenField'],

'/',

[

'Bold','Italic','Underline','StrikeThrough','-','Subscript','Superscript'],

[

'OrderedList','UnorderedList','-','Outdent','Indent'],

[

'JustifyLeft','JustifyCenter','JustifyRight','JustifyFull'],

[

'Link','Unlink','Anchor'],

[

'Image','Flash','Table','Rule','Smiley','SpecialChar','PageBreak','UniversalKey'],

'/',

[

'Style','FontFormat','FontName','FontSize'],

[

'TextColor','BGColor'],

[

'FitWindow','-','About']

] ;
