Security Exception in edit video content

Hi,
I have this problem when create a video content section on my localhost evrything is right, but when I do this on my hosted domain when I want edit I get a Server Error in '/' Application.
I think this is because that I have a full trusted level on my localhost and by webhosting provider have medium trust level, any idea for solution?Thanks for the answer.
