To get the latest version of AJAX Tool Kit click on this link.

To enable AJAX in an existing MWPSK web after the AJAX Control Tool Kit is installed in Visual Studio follow these four steps below.

1.  Place the AjaxControlToolKit dll in the bin folder.
2.  Change the Web.Config File to include the pages section as indicated below.

          <add tagPrefix="cc1" namespace="AjaxControlToolkit"/>

3.  Place a ScriptManager control on the EasyControl ascx section.
4.  Use the AJAX control found in the AJAX control tool kit.

Hello Joe & Community,

I have AJAXified 2008 and 2010 applications (Visual Studio c#).  I am currently working on a code generator that builds the easy control with the appropriate AJAX code parts in place.  Ultimately the technician invokes an input dialog / web application supplies a name and some particulars and out comes the EasyControl with the code behind.  Initially there is a master detail scenario of basic data entry.  A text based script will also drive the code generator.

I have the code generator about 50% complete this is great fun!
