Hello,

I'm thinking about using MWPSK in a commercial web application which is hosted by myself for my customers.
Do I have to publish all the changes I make to MWPSK?

And if I later even want to sell this web application (in compiled form), do I have to put it also under the MS-PL?

Thanks in advance

No, you don't have to publish your changes - and you neither have to publish the source code of your own extensions. (This isn't GPL).

No, you don't need to publish your own web-application with MS-PL. But according to http://www.codeplex.com/MyWebPagesStarterKit/license you must include the information that MWPSK is part of your solution.

Please note that MWPSK also includes other components with their own licensing terms: http://www.codeplex.com/MyWebPagesStarterKit/Wiki/View.aspx?title=3rd%20party%20software&referringTitle=Learn
