I have write permission for ASPNET on the App_Data folder the trust is set to medium.

your site Bin directory is missig RJS.<bla-bla-bla>.dll library. It can be found here:

http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/RJSPopCalendar/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=1378

Use Add reference / Browse.. from Solution explorer of our site.
