Adding pages programatically

Hi, I was linked to the MyWebPagesStarterKit when I asked about adding a page programatically. Basically I've created a simple CMS and would like the admin user to be able to type a page name in a text box and have it created as a page - preferably with the masterpage wrapped around it. I am trying to use that element of the MyWebPagesStarterKit to enhance my own project but I'm having some difficulty in knowing which elements to use - could someone tell me how I might do this? this is the closet example I've found to what I'm looking for!

I guess this is a question about urlrewriting.
All pages in MWPSK using urlrewriting out of the web.sitemap. A pageID and and url combines a rewrited page. The rewrite engine looks for a particular page and loads the pageID of that page as a request.
Search for urlrewrite on Internet and you will find a lot of info. Tip( UrlRewritingNet, I use it on
