Multiple Instances

I am trying to run multiple instances of My Web Pages Starter Kit on my 1&1 Microsoft shared hosting service.

I can create up to 5 applications with my current package and can configure file access rights. InetUser is set to full trust for each application (of which there are 2). One MWPSK is in the root directory and the other a sub-directory off of the root. I am finding that, whilst I can get both MWPSKs running, the one located in the root is overriding that in the sub-directory. So, the look and feel changes as designed, but the content from the root directory instance overrides that in the sub-directory. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks

Try setting up the subdirectory as a virtual directory with its own application pool, this should solve your problem. If this doesn't help, move both instances in two completely separate folders and create a default-redirect in the root-folder to your "primary" instance.
